He was the most attentive guide, We had a few moments were the trek was quite hard and he motivated us everyday. His knowledge and passion for Peru is unlike anything I have witnessed. I felt safe and supported the whole way.

One thing to note on these tours in Peru with some companies, they do not provide the Sherpas with proper hiking gear and weight restrictions . Its a hard job and its not fair on them and can effect your time on the mountain as you see them struggling daily. I saw this first hand as we passed other tour companies so I could see the comparison as Joseph provided his team with the Best hiking gear and clothing so they were equip for the long journey. You could tell they respected and trusted him. Which made me feel a lot better as they were carrying everything I needed to complete the journey in 5* style

					  I hiked the 4 day Inca Trail over new year of 2019/2020. Joseph Anthony was the guide for our group of ±10, and did a marvellous job. He brought a... read more wonderful energy - warm, positive, and full of passion for the mountains. He was encouraging when some folks were struggling at times with the altitude and duration, and he was very sociable and engaging for any solo travellers. He led the celebratory dinner on NYE, with his team of local cooks and sherpas, creating a lovely atmosphere for everyone to ring in the new year. Would highly recommend!
