He was encouraging when some folks were struggling at times with the altitude and duration, and he was very sociable and engaging for any solo travellers. He led the celebratory dinner on NYE, with his team of local cooks and sherpas, creating a lovely atmosphere for everyone to ring in the new year. Would highly recommend!
