He is an excellent communicator who is always willing to go the extra mile ( no pun intended) for his guests. He always made sure we were safe and feeling our best. I remember he stayed back with some struggling members of the group to encourage and help them in any way he could. His love for his country, and especially Machu Picchu , is evident through his words and actions. I am so lucky to have had Joseph as a guide for this wonderful adventure!

He is calm and controlled, which is a big plus when dealing with clients who are fatigued and altitude affected.
The management of his team of peters and caterers was seamless and the quality of food was exceptional for a mountaintop situation.

It was visually truly amazing--we spent three nights in a tent and four days hiking the trail with our very knowledgeable guide Joseph. He and his team made our trip a visually, physically and superb culinary experience. We formed amazing friendships with his entire team. I would return to Peru in a heartbeat, especially if Joseph were my guide. He made sure that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
